IC 2574 Coddington's nebula - Dwarf galaxy in Ursa Major 11'th of March 2013
Orion Optics VX12 F4 working at F8 with TeleVue 2x Powermate 2 Inch, SBIG ST-4000XCM -25C 1h10min (7x600sec).
Light travel time: 12 mill years. Deeper images of this dwarf galaxy show reddish regions of star birth triggered by supernova explosions.
I will need to revisit this faint galaxy to collect more subs when weather allows, to bring out some of these regions.
